Build up your inner and physical strength with yoga. Yoga relaxes your body and give you new energy at the same time. It is also the best way to prepare and recover from surfing. Try yoga for surfers, Rocket Vinyasa flow or the traditional Ashtanga primary series. We offer private and personalized yoga classes at your vacation home or hotel. We provide classes for one person to bigger groups with or without previous experience. Time and level according to your wishes.
Enjoy being on the water and practice yoga at the same time? SUP yoga is a combination of traditional yoga poses, balance and inner strength practiced on a stand up paddle board . This type of yoga requires a lot of concentration, focus and it is fun at the same time. You will use new muscles you didn't even know you had. Everyone is welcome to SUP yoga! No pressure, just come and have fun!

Your teacher
Johanna Eriksson is a yoga teacher from Sweden with six years living in the Tamarindo area. She took her YTT 200h in Ashtanga vinyasa yoga 2013 and have taught yoga since then. She also have experience in sport psychology as well as anatomy after studying at the ski academy in Åre, Sweden and competitions on high level in skiing.

Type of classes
The type of class depends of the group and your wishes. Fast flow with inversions and backbends, gentle prenatal yoga or yoga/stretch for sore surfers are just a few examples of the classes i teach. Duration of the class varies from 45min - 90minutes.
