There are several options of surf breaks in the area with different size of waves for intermediate and advanced surfers. One day, we will cross the gulf by boat and surf the right point breaks Matapalo, Backwash & Pan dulce. If we’re lucky we might catch our dinner too! Come on the best surf trip of the year! 

SURF, EAT, SLEEP and REPEAT! 

Imagine waking up to hot coffee and fruit followed by an early surf session. Enjoy a light breakfast while watching the ocean, relax in the hammock before Rocket Yoga practice.

Our All Inclusive Beach Front Retreat House is located on the beautiful and semi secluded north eastern area of Costa Rica on a beach called Playa Grande. It is a short boat ride into the more happening town of Tamarindo. You can stay on location at the house all week or take small excursions during our breaks.

From the moment you arrive everything is tailored to meet your individual needs. You can make any diet requests, including vegetarian or vegan. All the food is fresh and organic, locally sourced and super fresh.

Each day meets the rhythm of how we all feel and we include a “peace time” in the middle of the retreat where you can go into the local town of Tamarindo and shop and enjoy the local offerings. Every day you have the option to take another Rocket practice before dinner. Evening includes dinner, discussions, salsa lessons (also on site) a late night swim or just resting and relaxing!
